Every pair here gets shot to one rule: same position, same lens, same time of day, before and after.
Two photographs taken from two different spots are two photographs. Read side by side they flatter whichever one had the better angle, and that is how a painting website ends up overstating a job nobody meant to overstate. The exterior below is real — both frames are his, of one house — and it is shown as a labeled pair rather than a slider precisely because the camera moved between them. The rest stay reserved until the matched pairs exist.
5-Year Warranty
Fresh paint looks perfect for a season, whoever applied it. What is underneath — the prep, the primer, the edge that gets cut once and never touched again — is what decides how it looks in year 5.
That is what the warranty is a bet on, and Manny publishes 5 years on his. It covers the work itself — how the surface was prepared and how the coating went on — rather than the manufacturer’s own coverage of the paint. Ask for the terms in writing when he quotes the job; worth doing with any contractor you call, not just this one.
Work finished before September 2026 carries the 3-year term it was sold under. That term still stands, and it has not been shortened.
